How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I know my order has been received?
We will send you an order confirmation email once you submit your order to the email that you supplied to us during checkout. If you have not received it please check your junk mail folder and failing that check that you have supplied the correct email address.
What are our delivery and opening times?
Our opening times are:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (excluding Irish public holidays).
We aim to ship and deliver all orders within 3 working days. Orders received on weekdays up to 2pm GMT will be processed the same day and dispatched within 3 working days. Orders received after 2pm GMT on weekdays will be processed the following day and dispatched within 3 working days from then (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Friday, or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday).
During high volume periods delivery times may vary.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email / text from our delivery partner DPD with your tracking number.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by our delivery partner or any third party or from unforeseen instances.
How do I return and item?

What do I do if I receive damage or faulty stock?
Please contact us by email customercare@daisybelle.ie outlining your order number and the damages / faulty stock.
What do I do if I have been charged incorrectly?
Please contact our Customer Care team by email customercare@daisybelle.ie outlining your concern and we will investigate in due course.
Stock availability
Products listed on Daisybelle.ie are available at the point of purchase. Whilst we do our utmost to keep our stocks available to customers, in some instances some products will be limited, in which case products will be sold on a first come first served basis.
If your order has been processed and payment is collected and there is no stock available, we will issue a refund for the sales value of the item through the original payment method.
